The Knights of Columbus seafood fry will occur all six Fridays from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m. into the parish hallway. Dinner includes fried pollock, cooked salmon, cooked potatoes, french fries, cheese pizza, mac and cheese, blended veggies, coleslaw and breadsticks. Beverages consist of iced tea, water and lemonade. Sweets really are a la carte and profits benefit the St. Francis of Assisi Scouts.

St. Elizabeth Seton Church

The St. Elizabeth Seton Knights of Columbus will hold Lenten seafood fries on three Fridays — March 6 and 20, and April 3 from 5 to 7 p.m. during the church fellowship hallway. The menu should include cooked and fish that is deep-fried, coleslaw, a baked potato or casino chips, rolls, coffee, and lemonade. Sweets are going to be offered by the St. Elizabeth Seton women Guild. Carryout dinners will also be available. A few of the profits will soon be donated to your Carlisle highschool Dollars for Scholars scholarship system.
Cost: $10 grownups; $5 young ones 6-11; children under 5, totally free.

St. Joseph’s Catholic Church

The Knights of Columbus fish fry is hosted by Knights of Columbus Council No. 10980 for many six Fridays through the Lenten season from 5 to 7 p.m. Dinners consist of baked or fish that is fried hush puppies, green bean casserole, tuna noodle casserole, mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes, a roll and butter along with dessert and beverages.
Cost: $9 grownups, $7 children 6-12; kids under 6, free. $40 household optimum (instant family members just). Punch cards can be bought at $48. The card has six punches for six dishes.
St. Luke the Evangelist
1102 NW Weigel Drive, Ankeny
On March 27, the Knights of Columbus is keeping a seafood fry within the church gymnasium. Drive-thru solution offered by 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.; dine-in solution is from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Takeout dinners available during dine-in service. The menu includes fried and pollock that is baked homemade potato chips, green beans, coleslaw and dessert, with macaroni and cheese or fried mac and cheese bites for children choice. Free-will contribution will likely to be taken and contributions will help charities that are local.

St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church

A seafood fry dinner will undoubtedly be held for many six Fridays in Palmer Hall from 5:30 to 7 p.m. supper includes baked and fried Alaska pollock without any wheat flour, french fries or cooked potatoes, do-it-yourself coleslaw, fresh-baked supper rolls, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Beverages include water, lemonade and coffee. Sweets may be readily available for an offering that is free-will.
Takeout solution can be acquired for ten dollars each.

Bonefish Grill offers a Lenten special called Fish Frydays beginning on Feb. 28 until 10 april. Diners will enjoy the Angler’s Catch — battered cod, four battered and fried shrimp, two hush puppies for a sleep of fries and coleslaw. The unique will even add alternatives of cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, ketchup and malt vinegar from the part having a lemon wedge.
Other Lenten-friendly specialties are available such as the OMG (Ocean Mixed Grill) 4-course supper for just two for $49. The Ocean Mixed Grill will soon be available beginning Feb. 25.
Cost: costs differ by meal. Angler’s Catch important is under $20.

- Voodoo Shrimp: Fried shrimp tossed in voodoo sauce ($9.99).

- Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos: Grilled shrimp with Bang Bang cabbage, cilantro and lime, served having a side of rice ($9.99).
- Bang Bang Fish Tacos: Fried cod filet with Bang Bang cabbage, cilantro and lime, served with a relative part of rice ($9.99).
- Fish and Chips: offered with tartar and lemon sauce, fries and coleslaw ($10.99).
